If this isn't retro enough for you, Datel have just released this 'retro controller' for the wii. The controller takes a design cues from the original Famicom (NES) controller, only with more buttons and a cheap looking D-Pad.
Personally, I'd settle for the SNES controller for its' authenticity, If only nintendo would make this. :)
